Power:
Port (No.1) USB-C: 140W (single use)
Port (No.2) USB-C: 100W (single use)
Port (No.3) USB-A: 22.5W (single use)

If you use Port 1 + Port 2 at the same time, you will get 100W max on each port. That means you can power your Starlink Mini on Port 1 and your phone/laptop on Port 2 without any problem, it works perfectly but the battery will drain faster.

If you use Port 1 + Port 3, you will get 140W on Port 1 and 22.5W on Port 3.

If you use Port 2 + Port 3, you will get 20W on each port (USB-A limits output delivery).

If you use all 3 ports at the same time, you will get 140W on Port 1 and 20W on the other two.

Recharging time: Around 2 hours. Keep in mind that for this type of battery, you should avoid dropping below 10% too often if you want to extend its lifespan (similar to modern smartphones). UGREEN claims 65W recharge speed, but in real usage you will get about 62.5W at best (with the right charger and cable). This is absolutely fine as it is only a 4% technical margin loss finally. Rated for 1000 full cycles.
Weight / Size: About 600g and roughly the size of an open hand (length and width).
Competitor: Jackery Explorer 100 (less power / max 100W, but higher storage capacity / 31,000mAh for 2000 full cycles). It is slightly more expensive (149$).
WARNING: in France/Europe, due to firmware restrictions (CE rules), it is IMPOSSIBLE to power a Starlink Mini with it (The Starlink Mini starts up, but the WiFi never appears because the Power Bank is restricted in Europe and it doesn’t provide a stable enough electrical signal at startup for the Starlink to synchronize with the satellites and start the WiFi router at the same time (completely ridiculous, just another example of those silly CE regulations...).
In the US however, it works perfectly with Starlink Mini. The Jackery is heavier (900g) but fully compatible with solar charging, its internal software supports it perfectly. You can easily connect a SolarSaga panel (40W/80W/100W) at same time to recharge the power bank while powering the Starlink Mini, and it works flawlessly.

For US nomads, it is an excellent solution. Note that it is not possible to power Starlink + a laptop while charging the power bank with solar at the same time. You must choose between powering Starlink or the laptop during solar charging. Also note that the Jackery delivers less total output when several devices are connected: 110W for 2 USB-C devices, 118W for 2 USB-C + 1 USB-A, or around 128W max with 3 devices in use on each USB Port.

Conclusion: If you are in Europe, the choice is simple: the UGREEN is the only option for powering Starlink Mini (Vs Jackery Explorer 100 dans ce comparatif). If you are a daily nomad in the US and can add a small solar panel, the Jackery Explorer 100 is the perfect tool. Once bought, you will never pay for electricity again to power your Starlink Mini, which is a dream setup for any nomad. Example deal: Jackery Explorer 100 ($149) + SolarSaga 100W ($199) + Starlink Mini = Ultimate Combo (outside promotions or used marketplace).
On the other hand, if your priority is to power your Starlink Mini + another demanding device (65W or more) at the same time on a regular basis, UGREEN is the better deal in terms of delivered power.
Solar charging might also be possible with UGREEN, but since the manufacturer does not confirm it anywhere, I don’t recommend it for now (I will test this myself later and edit if necessary).
