I'm in the US and I learnt starlink is offering regional discount for the Starlink kit in some states.
Can I change my location to one of those states and when filling out my shipping address I input my actual address?
I also intend to take it to Africa and activate it there and use.
Hope if I do this it won't affect my plan.
