I think they accidentally made it available. But as of today (sorry for the late response) the 100 Mbps plan is back, and it's $50 now. I believe if you chose the $40 plan and didn't cancel, you'll be able to keep that plan. Let me know what you are seeing on your account. If not, at least the 100 Mbps plan is back at slightly more than before.
