One of the Starlink software updates dated for this month has reduced idle power consumption significantly for both my Gen 3 Standard dish and my Mini.
I check my power consumption pretty often, just out of habit from looking at the app on a daily basis. I previously averaged about 47 watts for my Standard, according to the power consumption graph in the Starlink app.
This week that average is down to 34 watts, a significant reduction of around 27%. I confirmed this with the power meter on my UPS that my Starlink is plugged into. Note: the app displays antenna power consumption, not system total. It does not include power used by the router.

For my Starlink Mini I typically average 23 watts. Now it's around 17. Over 20% improvement in efficiency for the Mini. I first noticed this when doing a review for a battery bank. I noticed the runtime was much longer than I expected, and now I know why!
I did some more research and was able to confirm that Starlink reduced idle power consumption through a software update recently. Idle is when there is no network activity, so nothing uploading or downloading. I noticed if I start to download a large file, power increases slightly, more towards the average range from before this change, but still an improvement from before.
Curious if you all are noticing the same thing?
